High-pitched ticking sound when I start driving

Hey, I drive a 2016 Vauxhall Mokka 1.4 automatic. Lately, I've been hearing a high-pitched ticking sound when I start driving, especially in lower gears. It only happens when I press the gas, and it doesn't seem to affect how the car drives. Has anyone else noticed this?

it could be as simple as a spark plug needing a tighten or just the fuel injectors doing their thing. If it’s not messing with your drive, you’re probably good for now, but a quick check at your next service might help you avoid any surprises.
