High-pitched ticking sound when I start driving

Hey, I drive a 2016 Vauxhall Mokka 1.4 automatic. Lately, I've been hearing a high-pitched ticking sound when I start driving, especially in lower gears. It only happens when I press the gas, and it doesn't seem to affect how the car drives. Has anyone else noticed this?

I once noticed a similar ticking sound in my vehicle. I discovered that one of my spark plugs was not securely fastened. Since these issues can occasionally be resolved easily, it is best to get it checked.
